If you are pregnant then you have to take good quality of food for the first three months, otherwise you will miscarry. The first three months of pregnancy are very delicate .So you should be very careful for the first three months.

It is very important to drink milk because it contains a good amount of calcium, which is very important for a pregnant woman.Always drink milk with pasteurized.Never drink unpesterilized milk because it contains many bacteria that can harm a woman's fetus.That's why always drink pasteurized milk and that too after boiling it.
Papayas are sometimes known to contain substances like latex, papain and pepsin that can interfere with the development of the fetus.
Never eat pineapple. Pineapple contains bromelain enzyme which can soften the uterus and cause labor pain. Therefore it is better not to eat pineapple in whole pregnancy period.
Apart from this, pregnant women should also not eat fennel and fenugreek seeds, sesame seeds.
