After pregnancy you should take good care of your body and baby
Your baby needs a midwife who bathes him daily and wears clothes, who cleans his poop, gives him good exercise so that every part of his body can open up and move around comfortably.
Give him a good massage with flour all over his body, so that all the hair on his body gets removed and your child starts looking good.
Due to good exercise, the child also feels hungry, you should feed your own milk, never give market milk or powered milk to the child . Mother's milk is very beneficial for a child.
It has been seen many times that a mother does not feed her milk because she is fear about her figure she does not get spoiled her figure, which is absolutely wrong. Health of your child is more important than your figure in your life
As time passes and your baby starts growing up, child feel hungry . Mother's milk does not fill her stomach, you should give her something to eat in semi liquids form. (consult from your doctor)

After 15 days, you should eat more things made of ghee, so that your mind, your body will be back as before.
You think that eating ghee will make your body fat, it is only your belief. By eating this, more power comes in your body so that you can take good care of your baby, it also makes more amount of milk in your breast which is very good for your baby.
Your head becomes raw after delivery, you need more ghee for this reason also, you should not wash your head before 15 days because your head is raw.
