As the thought of pregnancy pops into your mind, you may be thinking about your weight and your changing body. But, with womitting, dizziness, and frequent urination distracting you, it can be challenging to just stay comfortable and use some good food and fruits which have good fiber.You can feel the changes in your body also, your breasts start getting bigger, the milk making tissue in your breast increases, you can feel your breast may feel full and sore.
Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water from work during the day
Eat some healthy snacks too
Seek comfort with stretchier pants and a better-fitting bra.
